- Choose Your Photographer: Your photographer will be your guide, timeline planner, and expert on all things Sedona. (That’s me!) With my intimate knowledge of Sedona’s landscapes, I’ll help you discover the best locations, times of day, and even recommend vendors who match your vibe.
- Secure Permits (If Needed): For public lands, certain locations require permits for ceremonies or professional photography. Don’t stress—I’ll help you navigate this process.

- Plan Travel & Accommodations: Sedona has amazing boutique hotels, cozy Airbnbs, and luxury resorts. Book early to ensure the best options for you and your guests.
2–3 Months Before: Make It Real
With the major pieces in place, it’s time to focus on the fun details that will make your day unforgettable.
- Finalize Your Timeline: I’ll create a custom timeline to keep the day stress-free, ensuring you enjoy every moment. From hair and makeup to golden-hour portraits, everything will flow seamlessly.
- Outfits & Accessories: Make sure your attire is ready for Sedona’s unique environment. Think flowing dresses for those dramatic red rock shots or hiking boots if you’re adventuring off-road. Don’t forget the bouquet and leave your heels behind! (comfy shoes will be your best friend)
