Abigail and Ethan’s The Little Daisy Jerome wedding brought together a rooftop ceremony, portraits around the estate, and an outdoor reception overlooking the Verde Valley. They were married on June 12, 2026, with the hillside setting giving every part of their day its own beautiful backdrop.
I loved how much variety we could photograph without leaving the property. From getting ready at Villa Contenta and The Geologist House to their first look on the verandah, the day moved through spaces with so much character. Their photos tell the story of the place, but just as much, the people who filled it.

Abigail got ready at Villa Contenta while Ethan’s preparations took place at The Geologist House. Having two photographers meant we could document both sides of the morning, from the finishing touches to the moments with their wedding party.
Before seeing each other, they made time for first looks with their parents. Abigail shared a reveal with her dad, and Ethan had a first look with his mom. Building those moments into the timeline gave us space to photograph the reactions without rushing straight into the next part of the day.

Abigail and Ethan’s first look took place on the verandah. Afterward, we stayed nearby for portraits before bringing their wedding party together.
For couples planning a wedding at The Little Daisy, a first look is one option for making room for photos before the ceremony. Abigail and Ethan’s timeline included wedding party and family portraits beforehand, followed by another portrait session after they were married. That gave their gallery a mix of anticipation and those just-married moments.

The rooftop was the setting for their afternoon ceremony, with the surrounding hills and the estate’s architecture framing the celebration. There is something especially beautiful about a ceremony where the landscape is part of the experience for everyone gathered there.
The Little Daisy sits on Jerome’s hillside in Arizona’s Verde Valley. Its historic setting makes it a lovely choice for couples drawn to architecture, wide views, and a wedding day with a distinct sense of place. You can explore the property and its event spaces on The Little Daisy’s wedding website.

After the ceremony, we set aside time for Abigail and Ethan’s newlywed portraits on the property. Keeping portraits on-site meant we could use the estate’s different backdrops and still have them back for the reception.
When I help couples plan their photography timeline, I like to leave enough room for portraits to feel comfortable. A few thoughtful pauses throughout the day can give you more variety in your photos while letting you enjoy the celebration you have planned.

The celebration continued on the front drive with an outdoor reception. Their evening included a grand entrance, first dance, toasts, parent dances, and open dancing, with Aaron Menezes and his band on the vendor team.
From the rooftop vows to dinner and dancing, Abigail and Ethan’s wedding showed how beautifully the different spaces at The Little Daisy can work together. It was a full day of celebration in a setting that felt connected from beginning to end.

If you are planning a wedding at The Little Daisy in Jerome, I would love to hear what you are envisioning. I’m based in the Verde Valley and photograph weddings in Jerome, Sedona, and throughout Arizona, with a focus on natural moments, thoughtful portraits, and true-to-color images.
